An Evening with President George W. Bush
The inaugural speaking event of the East Texas Speakers Forum featured “An Evening with President George W. Bush” at the LeTourneau University Belcher Center in Longview. Bush served as the 46th Governor of Texas and as the 41st President of the United States. After his Presidency, George and Laura Bush founded the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas, Texas.

Colonel Martha McSally
The East Texas Speakers Forum presented “An Evening with Martha McSally” on May 4, 2023 at the Memorial City Hall in Marshall. A real life Top Gun pilot, McSally was the first woman to fly a fighter jet in combat and command a fighter squadron in combat.

Patrick Mahomes
The East Texas Speakers Forum presented “An Evening with Patrick Mahomes” at April 1, 2023 at the UT Tyler Cowan Center in Tyler. An East Texas native, Mahomes serves as the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs. Mahomes has earned many NFL accolades over the years, including MVP of Super Bowl LIV and Super Bowl LVII. He also was recognized as the 2018 and 2022 NFL MVP.

Taylor Sheridan
The East Texas Speakers Forum presented “An Evening with Taylor Sheridan” on September 21, 2024 at the Mount Pleasant High School Auditorium in Mount Pleasant. Sheridan is an Academy Award-nominated screenwriter and the creator, writer, director and executive producer of multiple record-breaking Paramount Network series including YELLOWSTONE, MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN, TULSA KING, 1923, 1883 and SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS.
